Ordering from the Takeout Menu

When can I pick up my takeout order?

Once you've added your desired items to your cart, you'll be asked to select a pick-up date and time. This time slot is a 10-minute window, but we'll aim to have your order ready the beginning of that time slot (i.e. If you choose 5:00-5:10, your food will be ready closer to 5PM).


Where is my confirmation email?

You'll receive a confirmation email automatically when you place your order.  If it didn't come through, check your junk/spam/promotions folder! It will look like this: 



Can I order food for a future pick-up time?

At this time, you're able to choose a pick-up date within the next 4 days.  


Can I order takeout over the phone?

We'd prefer if you order via this website (arabellatakeout.com) to avoid personal contact by processing your payment online. If you don't have a credit card, give us a call and we can work something out for you: (226) 220-6374.


Will you send me an email when my order is ready to be picked up?

Nope, just show up at the time you chose please! 


Can I modify the toppings on my burger?

If you need to remove toppings, let us know in the "Add a note to your order" field in your cart. 


Is there a way we can leave you guys a tip?

Aw jeez, you’re the best! You can tip on your order once you're at the Payment Processing stage by clicking "Show your support for the team at Arabella Park". 


Ordering from the Bottle Shop

Why do I have to order food with Bottle Shop order?

The law for restaurant takeout sales set out by the AGCO requires that food must be sold with alcohol. 


When can I order from the Bottle Shop? 

You can order through our website 24/7! Once you've added all your items to the shopping cart, you will be prompted to choose a pick-up time. Bottle Shop orders can be picked up between 12-8PM Wednesday through Saturday, and 12-4 on Sundays, unless otherwise stated (i.e. if we are closed for a holiday). If you can’t make that work - email to let us know please: takeout@arabellaparkbar.com.

If all the time slots are full, it means our kitchen can't handle more food orders, but we can always accept more bottle shop orders. If you just want to pick up some bottles or cans to go, choose any time slot that is available (even if it's the next day), and let us know the date and time you'd like to come grab your order in the Notes section. 


So, I have to order from your takeout menu just to get beer? 

Nope!  Here’s two ways of ordering:

1) If we’re open for food takeout (Wednesday-Saturday 3:00-7:30PM and Sunday 11:30AM-4PM), feel free to order something off our menu to go along with your Bottle Shop order.  


2) The kitchen isn't open or you're not really hungry? That’s cool. You'll be prompted to order a $1 bag of popcorn at checkout.

If you're ordering from the Bottle Shop outside of the food takeout hours listed above, but also want to place a food order once the kitchen is open, you can “add a note” in your cart stating you’ve placed a Bottle Shop order earlier that day. This way we’ll deliver both to your trunk at the same time. 


Do I have to be 19 to order alcohol?

Of course! Please be prepared to show Government issued photo ID upon pick-up.


Can my friend/partner/mom/lover pick up my beer order for me?

No! The person who ordered the alcohol must be present at pick-up. It’s the law, yo.

Bottle Shop Delivery

We are now offering next-day local delivery of Bottle Shop orders within a 10KM radius of the bar for a $10 flat fee. Deliveries are made Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Orders can be placed until 8PM for next day delivery. Deliveries will be made by 4PM. Our delivery driver will text/call you when she's on her way. Purchasers must provide photo ID upon delivery.

To place your order, add the item called "Next-Day Bottle Shop Delivery" to your cart, along with your bottle shop purchases. On the cart page, you can type "Delivery" where it asks for your vehicle details, and just disregard the calendar (the calendar only applies to pick-up orders).

General Tips

We allow 2 orders per 10-minute time slot for pick-up in order for our kitchen to prepare orders in a timely manner. Place your order early to ensure you get the time slot you want! 

Give us as much info about your vehicle as possible so we can come right to you. There are just so many Black SUVs in this world. 

Put a sturdy box in your trunk for us put your items in so they don't roll around on the way home.

Ring our bell!  We have a doorbell at the front door if you need to get our attention.  We sanitize that thing constantly, but be cautious anyways.
